The world-famous Hilton group is interested in a long-term lease of the Mogren Hotel, which is part of the Budvanska Riviera Hotel Group (HG), said Chairman of the Board of Directors Miyomir Pejovic. This group is also interested in Acquisition of Hotel As in Perazić Do.
As Pejović said at a recent annual press conference, the best indicator of the quality and seriousness of HG Budvanska Riviera's business in the market is the interest of the Hilton Group in the long-term lease of the Mogren hotel.
“We already had a visit from Hilton Group officials in October who showed great interest in this matter, and we look forward to the official arrival of their delegation, during which they will determine the length of the long-term lease, as well as the profit of the hotel group. In case of a positive outcome of the agreement, the hotel will operate under the Curio brand,” сказал Pejović.
In addition, the Government reported that a potential investor had applied to the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism with the intention of undertaking the investment in the completion of the construction of the As Hotel in Perazić Do, and that a decision had been made to analyze the possible initiation of an investment commitment.
