Cetine will receive a state-of-the-art sports complex, and for the implementation of this investment, the city administration announced a tender for the amount of 8,34 million euros.
The tender is open until April 27, and the construction period of the gym is 29 months from the date of conclusion of the contract and includes the development of the main project and the completion period, as well as the construction period.
The concept solution was created by the winning company BIRO 81000.
The sports complex will be built on a plot of 5500 m². The number of seats for visitors is at least 2, of which 408 are stationary, and the remaining seats can be sold on the fourth side of the field in the form of telescopic stands.
The sports facility must contain a sports hall, stands on at least three sides of the field, two of which are longer sides, a VIP area in the stands with a VIP room, and a media area in the stands. According to the project, the building will have four locker rooms ranging from 30 to 35 m² with at least six to eight showers and two with an area of 16 m², rooms for referees and commissioners, an infirmary and a doping control room with a waiting room and a toilet for testing, rooms for security and a department for people with special needs.
