“The deal represents one of the largest investments in the Podgorica market. Thus, we have confirmed our leading position as consultants in the field of commercial real estate exit strategies,” the company’s representatives say.

A multifunctional complex in the heart of the Podgorica business zone allows BIG CEE to expand its portfolio in Montenegro after the company has completed the acquisition Delta City Mall in the past year.

Capital Plaza includes office space located in two towers, luxury apartments that can be rented for residential and commercial purposes, as well as a 122-room hotel and retail areas.

Established in 1994, BIG shopping centers are headquartered in Herzliya and operate in Israel, the USA, France, Serbia and Montenegro.
